Recipes include Peanut Butter Soup amd Okra stew, favorites in many West African countries, served with FuFu or Gari.

The recipes are designed for easy instructional use and the book will feature beautiful photographs of the recipes and it's creators.  Many recipes come from Restuarants and chefs in the United States and the UK, where many African communities reside.

The book is edited by Roxann Latimer Dadzie and published by Publish America.
